When it comes to coverage, our customers enjoy the rewards of our network partnership with Vodafone, the world’s leading mobile phone company. Vodafone was part of the team that pioneered GSM digital technology, now in use by 209 countries around the globe, including Australia.

Vodafone also has a roaming agreement with Telstra for areas of Tasmania and Victoria not covered by the Vodafone service. Details of this arrangement are attached in a file below.

Important: Global Roaming

Reward Roaming makes it easy to take your number with you – even when traveling overseas. With use in over 90 countries, you can stay in touch with family and friends without the endless search for payphones and problematic phone cards.

Want a bit of privacy? Reward also allows you to have the control of diverting your calls to voicemail. That means you choose when you answer your phone, the others can just got though to voicemail.

To ensure Reward Roaming is activated effectively, you will need to contact Customer Support to have this feature enabled AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. This makes the whole process as easy and seamless as possible.

Please be reminded that Global Roaming is charged at a different rate. To find out the correct charges please contact Reward Mobile and confirm these charges before choosing to activate the service. These charges are estimated and may change due to exchange rates.
